Is your training accepted by OSHA?

The 10-Hour and 30-Hour Outreach Training courses are accepted by OSHA. Upon completion of an Outreach Training course, you will receive an immediate, downloadable certificate of completion. Your Department of Labor completion card will arrive by mail in approximately 4-6 weeks.

How long do I have to complete this OSHA training?

You have six months from the date of registration to complete your training.

Do I have to take the course in one sitting?

No. After you register, you will be able to start and stop the course as needed. The course will automatically log your progress and return you to the place where you previously ended.

Are there any printed materials that I need to take the course?

The course and exam are 100% online. For your convenience, there are optional reviews (in PDF format), that can be printed.

When can I start?

After you complete the registration process, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided during registration. Once you've received the confirmation email, you can enter the online training portal by clicking the link in your email confirmation or by clicking the "Returning Student" link.

Do the courses cover current OSHA regulations and compliance standards?

Yes. Each OSHA course is designed to present all relevant OSHA standards and regulations and is updated as necessary with any changes to these requirements. You can be assured you are receiving accurate information in our courses.

What if I have questions about the material?

We provide every customer with direct access to an OSHA trainer who will be able to respond to any questions you have about the course and OSHA regulations.

When will I get my certificate of completion and completion card?

After you have completed the course, you will be able to download a temporary certificate of completion. Your Department of Labor completion card will arrive by mail in approximately 4-6 weeks.
